Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

During high volume shopping times in November & December, there is a potential of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.  

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping in the Continental United States and Canada on orders over $35. 

For orders under $35 there is a small $5 flat fee.

For International, we offer a $8 flat fee shipping rate.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once a parcel is shipped, delivery can take 8 to 21 days.  Please see product description for details on specific shipping times.  Select the tab "shipping" on the applicable product page.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chaiyat Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

SHIPPING OF PARCELS

We source the best products from around the world to carry in our shop and items may be stored in separate warehouses.  If you order more than one product, it may arrive in separate packages.
