Refund policy

HAPPY PETS GUARANTEE

We want you & your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!  You can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  Please note that items sold in our "Clearance Section" cannot be refunded. 

 

If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & we can either replace the item or you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund within 30 days. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

* Gift cards

* Food items

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable ):

Once we receive your request, we will send you a shipping label and once the product reaches our warehouse, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
